The NEW Hedland MR Flow Transmitter is a microprocessor-based, variable area flow meter that provides a digital display of both flow rate and total accumulated flow. The flow rate and total flow can be displayed in any of the user selectable measurement units. All MR Flow Transmitters come pre-calibrated from the factory. However, the unit may be adjusted to meet specific system requirements via the user configurable soft switches. Calibration parameters for specific gravity compensation in water or petroleum based fluids and for specific gravity, pressure and temperature compensation for pneumatic applications are included. All meters provide both voltage (0-5 Vdc and 0-10 Vdc) and current loop (4-20 mA) outputs allowing for easy electronic integration.
