OEM Sales thru Distributors Policy
|
Hedland and Flo-tech Distributor discount structures are designed to promote the sales of flow meters to OEM accounts by distributors. The blanket order policy allows distributors to place blanket orders for a maximum period of twelve (12) months. This will allow distributors to achieve the maximum (quantity) discount
Each blanket order must specify total quantities for each part number plus scheduling of all releases. If the full order is not shipped due to cancellations or rescheduling, a charge back will be issued for the smaller quantities shipped.
Once the blanket order has been entered, no additional items can be added to the order. |
