Trial Meter Policy
|
| Because Hedland and Flo-tech systems have been used extensively to measure fluids in a large variety of applications, we typically do not
provide trial meters. However, if a customer's requirement is for a unique application or one emasuring a fluid whose compatibility with our
products cannot be determined, then we will provide a single trial meter under the following provisions:

1.

Address trial meter requests to the sales manager for prior approval before issuing a purchase order.
|
2.
|
The purchase order for the meter must include the flow range, fluid name, specific gravity and/or viscosity, operating temperature,
and operating pressure.
|
3.
|
The meter will be shipped and invoiced at a normal charge under 30-day trial period.
|
4.
|
If the meter is returned within 30 days and is accompanied by a written report that inclues specific details regarrding how the meter
performed in the application, full credit will be issued. If the product is not returned within the 30-day trial period, the following applies:

| 30-40 days | 25% Restock Charge |
| 41-50 days | 40% Restock Charge |
| 51-60 days | 50% Restock Charge |
| 61+ days | 100% Restock Charge |
